In the lesson, we discussed the Roman legend on how they discovered soap. I want you to tell me the legends about the either the ancient Babylonians or Egyptians. You can either research the topic or make up your own legend on how the the ancient civilizations discovered soap. If you research them, make sure to cite your sources! Your essay needs to be at least 150 words.

Personality Test - 15 Points
Who doesn't love a good personality test? Unfortunately, the soap personality tests aren't very common on the internet. That's where you come in! I want you to write your own personality test to determine what kind of soap scent the test taker would be!
Your personality test should be at least 10 questions and should have at least 4 different final outcomes.

Do It Yourself - 60 Points
We've learned a little bit about the history of soap, but the internet is ripe with information about how to make your own soap. Here's your chance! Make your own soap and include 2 photos of your process. One photo MUST be of the final product, and the other MUST be during the process of making the soap. Please include a piece of paper with your HOL Name in the photo. You do not need to include your face in the photos.
CAUTION: Soap making includes the handling of lye, which is an incredibly dangerous chemical. Please do not mishandle lye and please wear proper safety attire and follow proper safety protocol during the entire process.
