Story Time: (Worth 60 Points)
We've had the range of topics this year, but one thing they all have in common is that they all have a fascinating story. So here's what I want you to do: create a children's book telling the story of an item we didn't discuss this year.
Requirements:
- Your children's book MUST be 10 pages in length.
- Your children's book MUST have text and illustrations on EVERY page.
- Your children's book topic MUST be one NOT covered in this course, but you are free to use topics you've researched for previous assignments.
- Your work should also include a list of sources used to create your book.
What I'm Looking For:
- Effort. Show me that you've put time and effort into this assignment, and you'll be fine. I'm not grading you on your artistic prowess, but give me more than two stick people with a very vague object between them. Show me some creativity. Creativity will go a long way in this assignment.
- A Story. Anyone can list of facts, but I want you to bring to life the history of a thing! Tell the story of how something was invented and how we came to use it today. Make your story interesting, but readable to a child.
